STOPPER RODS

High-Temp manufactures precast custom designed stopper rods.  These are made from Silicon Carbide and used in the investment casting and auto casting in-air operations.  Any size is available and they are produced to work in conjunction with a precast custom nozzle for a complete seal.  These are designed to be preheated prior to use and dipped in any grade of molten metal for casting several parts per ladle load.
